This website offers practical support and advice to anyone who is interested in the issues around employing blind or partially sighted people. The Visage Project brings together eight UK based organisations that specialise in this field, and this site offers a range of their practical toolkits, new research and innovative strategies.

The Visage Project was funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and worked to find new routes into the workplace for blind and partially sighted jobseekers. This involved research with blind and partially sighted people, working with employers of people who are blind or partially sighted (or who have other disabilities) as well as developing the job skills of blind or partially sighted jobseekers.
